The Asian Resources Training Center serves the general public with priorities for low-income and low skilled individuals. The training center offers services that can provide additional training or support services to the participants to ensure that any barriers in retaining employment are addressed.

Northstar Link: Northstar Digital Literacy is a digital literacy assessment curriculum designed to build skills in key areas and allow people to demonstrate their knowledge by earning certificates and badges. The curriculum is broken down into essential computer skills, essential software skills, and using technology in daily life.

Orientations: Walk-in basis MON-FRI 8:00 – 3:00

Typing Certificates: Free
